Information we collect and why

We collect your name, email, telephone number, billing and shipping address, order details and payment-verification details to process orders, arrange delivery, provide support and maintain business records. Required checkout information is needed to fulfil your order. Guest checkout is available.

For bank-transfer orders, payment proof is used to verify the related order. Please upload only relevant transfer information and avoid unrelated personal or banking details. Receipts are stored outside the public website folder and staff access is restricted. Uploading a receipt does not confirm payment.

Cookies and campaign information

WooCommerce uses cookies to maintain your cart and session. Accounts use login cookies. We may record creator codes, campaign parameters, landing pages and visit times with orders to attribute sales. If you leave a review, its content, name and technical information such as IP address may be processed for moderation. Public reviews are visible to visitors.

Service providers

Information required to operate the store may be processed by our hosting and email provider, Hostinger, and delivery providers for fulfilment. External services such as Google Fonts may receive technical connection information when loaded. Linked services such as Instagram apply their own privacy policies. Some providers may process information outside Malaysia.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed for order fulfilment, support, security and applicable record-keeping requirements. You may contact support@ehe25.com to request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or to withdraw consent where applicable. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve outstanding orders. Marketing choices are separate from placing an order.

Keep your account password and secure order links private. A secure order link grants access to the related order upload page and should not be shared.
