Shipping from Malaysia

Orders ship from Malaysia. Shipping charges are shown at checkout in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• West Malaysia: Free shipping on all orders.
• East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak & Labuan): Free shipping on orders of RM1,198 or more. Otherwise, RM18 flat rate.
• Singapore: Free shipping on orders of RM1,198 or more. Otherwise, RM25 flat rate.

Payment and dispatch

Direct Bank Transfer orders remain On hold until our team verifies the deposit. Uploading a receipt alone does not confirm payment. Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is verified. Delivery timing depends on the destination and carrier; contact support@ehe25.com for an estimate before ordering if you need delivery by a particular date.
