Products and prices

Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The checkout shows the product subtotal, shipping and final order total before submission. Natural pearls may vary in colour, lustre, shape and surface. Product photographs and screens may show colours differently.

Creator campaign prices apply only to eligible products during the stated campaign period. Once a campaign ends, checkout uses current store prices. Please review your final cart total before placing an order.

Orders and bank transfers

Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order-received message acknowledges your order. Direct Bank Transfer orders are On hold until our team verifies the deposit. Use your order number as the transfer reference. Payment proof is supporting information and does not by itself confirm payment. Verified physical-product orders move to Processing for fulfilment.

Contact support@ehe25.com promptly if you need to correct or cancel an order. We will confirm what can be arranged based on its fulfilment status.
